The EasySep™ Non-Human Primate CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate CD4+ T cells from fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells by immunomagnetic negative selection. The EasySep™ procedure involves labeling unwanted cells with antibody complexes and magnetic particles. The magnetically labeled cells are separated from the untouched desired cells by using an EasySep™ magnet and simply pouring or pipetting the desired cells into a new tube.This kit has been verified for use with rhesus and cynomolgus macaques.

The EasySep™ Mouse CD45 Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate CD45 cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes, lung, or other tissues by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with antibody complexes recognizing CD45 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off.
